We all miss several things in life when we look back our past life, no one can say no to this! We just would have practiced to live without that as we wouldn't have had any other option with us then. When you think what you missed in your life cannot be compromised by anything else in your life, it becomes sad then, telling your heart to long for that ever. Time has been the only distraction which kept us away from thinking all these as it engage us with something or the other allowing us not to track back our time. But there are times which come in life once in a while letting you to sit alone and track back to our past starting from our childhood and letting us play with other kids, enjoying life!!! without even knowing whether it is going to be the true life this way for ever. As we grow older and older we forget to notice that our responsibilities on each ones shoulder also grow. I had a precursor in my life, which always direct me in a path which is good for me and suddenly one day it happened for me to loose it in this dense crowd and I felt like that’s the end of my path and was standing there perplexed not being able to understand what has happened to me. Then I sensed the blind man's life :( It is then I searched around in this world to see the trueness in everyone, unfortunately found 99% of the junta has masked their trueness for some reason, stamping on the true human values. Love and affection which is not shared when it has to be, looses its sheer importance. So what are people living for in this world? Days roll on and on and on...very few people become close to you and time comes and they do disappear giving that role to someone else to take over, but why do they go and where do they go and how do people try to compromise the importance of human values. Is it just the celebrations and functions which remind them to get together? Why not they so their love and affection to everything which surrounds them? Because people are scared to so their kindness outside fearing that someone or something will make use of it and will play a fool around them, which is true unfortunately. This happens because everyone has started to fly in this time without even spending time on giving it a thought to notice what is happening around them. The problem here is majority of the crowd here don't even realize what is happening around them, instead they got accustomed to live with what is there simply neglecting the thought to envision if this is what they want and if it is good or bad! People started inculcating the habit of How to become selfish! We cannot say they don't use their brain to think, of course they do, but this time it is more self-centered. What happens when everyone becomes self-centered, this leads to comparison with others! which simply gives way to jealous and hatred. So, it is the individual who has practiced to live in this kind of world, who develops and spreads negative aspects more than the positive culture. Of course we know science and development, as we get exposed to this modern techno world, but we should also pave the way to spread good things for the betterment of this world, as the word "we" two letters together can make the difference if and only if each one of us try to see and bring the trueness in everything.

A Trip towards innovation!

What do we call an innovation?

How can it be achieved?

Is this world facing more Innovation or Optimization?

Before I start off here, let me introduce this post to be my perspective. Sometimes arguments arise because of each ones differing in perspective, which is one way good for a healthy argument leading to new ideas. But here I discuss mine :)

What is Innovation? To coin or invent something new. This new can be change which is irrelevant of current existence or some what relevant to the existence.

When will an innovation happen? When an individual stop accepting things which comes to him and start questioning them asking why it should be like this and why cann't be like ???(Your Imagination!) This becomes healthy towards innovation when you start doing this in your daily life. Let me give you a simple example. We use the fan most often in our daily life and we started accepting its theory by which it produces air circulation. But I wonder how many of us put the questions like why is it rotating in this direction, which would be the best place to fix it or just the sealing is good enough, is there any other smart way to implement? This is just my example which I can bring in now, there could be a better example too, but the point to note here is how many of us have inculcated the habit of questioning against the existence? So my trigger here is to make everyone understand the truth that one can give birth to innovation only by questioning against the existence.

To see how the world treats between innovation and optimization:
Most (90%) of the things encouraged in this world leads to optimization of the existence, i.e., introducing new features on the things that already exists. We can call these to be not completely new, although we call them new. Good enough to understand here isn't it.
Ex: Apple Vs Microsoft, iPod Vs Zune

Main issue which disrupts innovation from happening:
# Failing to capture the right problems!

Tip for the day -
> Try not to accept the products or the stuffs that come across your way, instead start questioning them, why are they like this and why can't it be in some other way, assuming you are not satisfied with their current shape/approach. ( Reasoning is THE important role of innovation) [ To make this step simple, here is what I mean: Start criticising the existing approaches, this is phase one.]

Reasons for failing to capture Problem Statements that occur in our daily life:

1. We accepting the existing work around approaches blindly without analyzing if there could be any other better approach for the same problem statement. [Case-1: Statements not processed by your brain]

2. Not understanding the problem statement. [Case-2: Would have taken this as a whole to your brain, which might have found it to be difficult to process]

Solution for cases 1&2:

* Take the problem statement to your brain to process, but this time don't scare it with its size/complexity, instead apply the divide and conquer algorithm. Divide the problem statement into sub-problem statements and try to solve it one-by-one and back track the solution to reach the root.

Celebrating work!

let the journey be enjoyable! You must be the change you wish to see in the world!

Cheers :)
Neo

How to lessen the pain when you face problems?

When we face problems in life we tend to get into it trying to solve it or by doing more analysis on the same. It is always better to step out of the problem a level back and to have a broader look of it as you may miss several paths/solutions for that problem lying around it, when you get really into by narrowing down your perspective on it. Also, when it becomes more personal, by concentrating more on the issue it may tend to get you feel hurt indeed. In this case it would be a better option for an individual to force himself/herself, get distracted from this for time being by concentrating on something else. Because problems have different faces and it may look different on how you look at it, besides by looking at its one face can lead you to a better solution. Time is the major player in this talk. Once an individual has the right caliber to manage it, his life is on his hand! Saying this, one shouldn't run away from the problems or feel worried to handle them at any situation, instead should practice to face them by trusting on his/her power of knowledge and break their legs. Experience is the name which we give for our mistakes we did in past. So I can say I am happy to see myself crossing the difficult paths in life getting experienced by doing mistakes and learning how to solve them.

few more days to share...

its really really been a long time since I updated my blog...it was those busy book keepin days which restricted my blog access...hmm..so now it is good to be here...yup
The month of may for which I was waiting for to get more breathin time came and I started feelin the difference I looked for...but it seemed to not stand permanent...my exam results cam n I felt lik I got my right payment for all those hard working days, which is fair enough to bring a happy smile...but when the days roll on, as it is my summer break, n m now work in till 5 in the beatiful evenings...starting frm my lazy mornings...I find myself lonely w.o right accompany, n more hard time cam and I found it hard to digest too as it is my :( laptop which got robbed frm the locked room where I lived...is it not hard to manage not letting Ur parents knw abt it..hmm ya I find it really hard...this put me down n I moved to my nice buddies sweet home "Claremont" here I find myself really involved in sharing my good time....

These weekends have treated me really better than the past, Preetham(Cognizant buddy) baya cam to my place all the way frm Ohio to crack his laughter bomb n I took him to all the places in Chicago downtown and tasted the Indian food in Daven Indian St here after a long basking in Michigan lake..his camera flickered more than we expected, which ultimately tiered us @ the end day but still it couldn't good enough to stop us frm hitting into the SoundBar rockin the music and enjoying the booty camp ;) it was fun altogether...Met my other buddy JD who shared his space for me in Chennai. You should be firm about your goal, but flexible about the process of reaching the goal.

Leadership:
A great leader shows ability to make decision and act boldly in the face of setbacks and adversity.

Power goes to the person who uses it most effectively.

Leaders are sensitive to and are aware of the needs, feelings and motivation of those they lead.

Foundation of leadership consists of honesty, truthfulness and straight dealing.

Leaders develop ability to predict and anticipate the future.

Self-discipline is the most important personal quality of a leader.

Success:
Most important basis of success in any venture is pragmatism. Do not ask where the new idea came from or who thought of it first. Ask only one question: does it work?
There are certain basic universal laws. They do not change. Ignorance of these laws is no excuse. Violation of these laws forces one to pay full penalty through underachievement, frustration and failure.

Success needs action. Action needs initiative.

For sustaining success, initiative to collect feedback is important. Feedback allows you to take corrective action, which sustains success.

For every effect, there is a specific cause. Success is not an accident. Success is not based on chance. Success is not a matter of luck.

Success is the result of well thought out action.

Read your own mind!!!!

Here comes my first post...I have been thinking of creating my website and now I managed to create my blog here atleast to interact with master minds...I believe in one thing that as an individual who has crossed 18, everyone has the stuff to decide on most of the things, but the concerns which support in this decision making lies behind his mind and he needs someone to trigger that....so I don't believe in advising people, instead I do trigger their mind and let them do rest of their own.....I believe if an individual is able to identify his real interest in life then he will definitely be an achiever in that...for this he should speak and fight against his own mind first...so here is my initial trigger to all....start speaking with your mind aloud and win this game of life with great success...I join you here...happy Living!!!!
